We're growing—and looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and experienced lawyer, specifically experienced in employment law, human rights, or related fields, to join our team as a Workplace Investigator. If you are someone who approaches complex situations with curiosity, fairness, neutrality, and a strong sense of integrity, this could be a meaningful next step in your career.

You will lead and support workplace investigations involving a range of sensitive issues, including alleged harassment, discrimination, and other workplace misconduct. You will also lead or support other processes such as workplace assessments and reviews. This role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate nuance with professionalism and empathy.

  • Plan and conduct impartial workplace investigations, assessments and reviews
  • Interview relevant persons, including parties and witnesses, with care and rigour
  • Assess credibility and analyze evidence
  • Prepare clear, well-reasoned investigation reports
  • Provide clients with practical, risk-aware insights
  • Experienced lawyer
  • Experience in employment law, human rights, or related fields
  • Experience in workplace investigations is an asset
  • Excellent interviewing and report-writing skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to manage sensitive matters independently
  • A commitment to fairness, equity, and procedural integrity
