Customized Training and Coaching

Customized Training and Coaching is training that we design specifically for your organization, rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all session. Each session draws on our experience as workplace investigators and lawyers and is crafted to address a particular need or workplace challenge.

Sessions can be tailored for any group within your organization, including staff, managers, HR professionals, Boards of Directors, or specialized groups such as police services.

We offer sessions on topics such as respectful and inclusive conduct and leadership, Canada Labour Code fundamentals, report writing for workplace investigators, what Boards of Directors need to know about workplace investigations, harassment and discrimination for police services, navigating restoration following an investigation, trauma-informed investigations, and fairness and neutrality in workplace investigations.

We start with a conversation about the specific need or challenge your workplace is facing, then build the session content, examples, and format around that context rather than using a standard template.

Yes. In addition to group sessions, we offer one-on-one coaching, including report-writing coaching for investigators and remedial coaching for individuals.

Our sessions are led by our workplace investigators and lawyers, drawing on their direct experience conducting investigations and advising organizations across Canada.
