Dana J. Campbell-Stevens brings a wealth of experience as an investigator, mediator, workplace restoration specialist, and former litigator, to provide clients with a practical and strategic lens to navigate complex issues.
As a Partner at Rubin & Co. LLP, Dana relies on her extensive experience to lead and conduct complex discrimination investigations (with particular focus on race-based cases), systemic reviews, mediations, and workplace restoration processes. As part of her practice, she also provides services to clients regarding appropriate interventions to address workplace conflict.
Dana has worked with various clients across Canada, including secondary and post-secondary institutions, unionized organizations, medical institutions, and corporate and non-profit organizations. She has a deep understanding of diverse lived experiences and is often sought after for her expertise and insight to address nuanced cultural dynamics affecting the workplace. Dana writes and presents frequently on various equity-related issues and workplace restoration, and is passionate about helping clients explore various avenues to achieving workplace harmony.
Dana obtained her LL.B. from the University of the West Indies and she was called to the Bars in Jamaica (2010), Anguilla (2011), and Ontario (2017). She holds certifications in alternative dispute resolution (Humber College) and workplace restoration (Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada — ADRIC). Dana is also a Qualified Mediator with ADRIC.
