Elizabeth Bingham is a Partner at Rubin & Co. LLP. An experienced workplace investigator, she specializes in highly complex workplace investigations, including complaints against senior leaders, anonymous complaints, and historical complaints. Elizabeth has worked for clients across Canada, as well as cross-border clients, including financial institutions, energy sector organizations, and post-secondary and medical institutions. She is experienced in addressing challenging investigative process issues, balancing fairness, efficiency, and trauma-informed principles.
Elizabeth also conducts workplace assessments and cultural reviews, and has led large-scale projects of this type for clients across various industries, including post-secondary, cultural, and healthcare institutions.
Elizabeth has spoken and written on a variety of topics, including "C-suite" investigations, investigator impartiality, and investigative challenges in the post-secondary setting.
Elizabeth received her J.D. from the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014.
